[Serious]Can I go into this field wth a major sleep disorder?

Have N24 which essentially means I have a non-24 hour sleep wake cycle that shifts every 6.5 weeks (ie awake at the right times vs awake at night).

This is an ACA disability

My question is, is it possible to someone put in the same hours but at different times than the team every now and then? At night? I imagine not because this is a client facing industry and role, but I thought I'd ask

I tried M...it's different from that. My sleeping hours change. M also can stop you from going to sleep. Onset and depth

Modafinil is used for treatment of shit work sleep disorder and excessive daytime sleepiness, you may want to look into that.

Banking is all about being able to drop everything you're doing at a moment's notice, at any time, based on the whims of your clients / MD. Legally, a bank would probably have to work with you on this, but realistically, you would probably annoy your teams and have a very bad time in banking.

That sucks, how about consulting? My feeling was banking was better as travel can make sleep cycles crazy. I would rather work 80-100 at the same place than travel
