Should I interview even if I'm not looking to switch jobs?

Title says it all.

For now, I'm pretty happy where I'm at. I get paid well and I get to work on interesting and unique stuff given how niche my position is within the financial industry.

But every once in a while I get a linkedin message about some job that's different from what I do and looks really interesting. Should I still interview? Or is that a dick move?

I find it's always good to keep the muscles warm. I'd personally avoid taking interviews with companies you would seriously consider working for in the future though if you have no plans of actually taking the offer should you get one. Can always just make up some excuse about family/work/something else came up towards the end of the process when you feel like you've gotten the info/practice you were looking for.
