SHOULD I TAKE THIS OFFER!?!?!

I work for a BB shop (think McDonaldâ€s, Wendyâ€s, Burger King). So I only want other BB analyst advice. If don't work for a non-BB like White Castle

Iâ€ve been an analyst with McDonaldâ€s for two years in their French Fries Origination and Principle Investing division. So far my P&L is looking real good because Iâ€m really good at guessing when clients will walk in through the door, so I know exactly when to take proprietary positions and increase my inventory of French Fries. This event-driven origination strategy has been kicking ass so far and my MD has been really impressed with my speculative abilities and Iâ€m producing a large chunk of the P&L on my desk, or maybe kitchen counter is more appropriate. In fact Iâ€m so good, that my hourly salary just got bumped up to $7/hour from $6.80. My real want to work in the exotics structuring desk where they produce complex products like burgers with two meat patties. Clients seem to enjoy the level of innovation in these burgers and will pay a significant premium for a customized product. But they don't have any openings as of now so I don't know what to do.

So I have to ask for your advice. I was approached last week by a major Hot Dog long/short hedge fund looking to break into French Fry speculation strategies. They currently operate one hot dog stand in New York. Their AUM is around $20, but with the new French fry division, they could break $25. Since I've already worked with the best in the industry at McD's, they think I'll be able to significant boost P&L at the "Taj Mahal" Hot Dog Stand. What do you guys think?

P.S. Yes I reposted this, the entire forum was embroiled in a LAC vs Ivy debate the first time.
