I'm interviewing with 3 different companies. They are all scattered around at different stages. From initial stage to second round to final round. It happens to be one of the Big Four for initial stage. Second round and final round are about the same from mid-tier level.
Meanwhile, the recruiter from second round keeps asking me, not once, but multiple times, if I'm getting any other job offers and updates with other interviews. (p.s. I accidentally slipped mouth that I was interviewing with other companies at the same time. And I can understand that my skill set is a rare and valuable commodity that is hot right now in the market so recruiters are really fighting for me.)
I don't feel comfortable telling recruiters anything beyond my interview with just that company.
What should I tell the recruiter? The truth? Ignoring him/her? Something irrelevant along with a lie?
Be vague but definitely tell them 100%.
You have to realize recruiters are gonna push for you because thats how they make their money. So being vague saying you are being considered for 2 other jobs is actually a good thing to tell them. They want to make money thus will try harder to get you that job quicker.
I've always been told to tell them you have other offers, just not from who. If you can show that others are looking at you, you'll validate their interest and show that you're a serious candidate.

So I received a full time offer from a BB analyst role recently which I accepted. I had also applied for a few positions at elite boutiques. A headhunting recruiter left me a message saying they just wanted to talk about my application for one of the boutiques.
I am aware of issues such as reneging and not worried about going down that path, especially if I interview with this boutique and get placed in a team that I really like vs already accepting an offer in a group at the BB which is decent.
Now this might be naive on my behalf but when the lady asks if I have already accepted the BB offer, since the internship is on my CV, should I answer yes or no? Common sense would say no but slightly worried that they might make a quick phone call to my previous employer.
That's a tough one. I am generally a supporter of reneging if a better opportunity arises, but I don't think I would go so far as to deny having accepted an offer if they flat out asked me. That said, if they just asked "did you receive an offer" my reply would just be "yes." I wouldn't tell them I accepted unless they flat out asked me "have you accepted" or something along those lines.
TL;DR - don't lie.
