at the very least -

  1. bank statements showing current balances
  2. proof of employment that includes an annual income figure
  3. 2 x recommendations that you'll be a good tenant (w/ contact info of the providers)
  4. information about your previous housing situation (address, rent paid etc)
  5. ID

you'll need a full set for each tenant. be prepared to pay 1 month down + 1 month security (refunded + interest when your lease is up); bank draft, no personal check.

additionally (depends on broker/landlord), you might need income tax returns going back a couple years and references from previous landlord.

gd luck
