Sleeping at night (recommendations)

Pretty straightforward. Work until 12pm, but find I have a lot of anxiety when going to bed so I end up watching TV for 1-2 hours to decompress and go to sleep at 2AMish. This cycle repeats itself pretty much everyday.

Even on days off, or lighter days, I find it difficult to sleep earlier, and just find myself binge watching Netflix.

Anyone have experience with this or have a better idea of trying to sleep earlier on a Saturday / Sunday?

I just find it very hard to decompress and focus on sleep, vs prioritizing work.

I know they say money doesn't sleep...

Lol thank you for posting this, I kept meaning to ask ppl this. I have the sleep timer from the Health app but just ignore it at this point

I fall into this trap too. The right approach is to read a book (physical, not on a screen) instead of watch TV / scroll through your phone, but that is also not a very appealing option after finishing up work that likely involved reading documents, etc. Another approach would be to find a podcast you like and listen to that for ~30 min or so to decompress.

Smoking weed also works but is a slippery slope so would not recommend as a habit.
