This is clearly mocking Shinola. I'm not surprised. Their watches are cheap pieces of garbage that have a high price tag. The ridiculous part of some people are actually buying those things based on perceived value.

That's more or less how the luxury goods industry works. You're buying it less for quality than you are because other people can't afford it, so it's more exclusive.
