Sunday Scaries?

Is it normal to get a little anxious on Sunday before the work week? It's not that I (consulting intern) hate my job, but for some reason I get this dreadful nervous feeling before the work week.  Maybe it's because I have almost no freedom during the week, or maybe it's being judged all the time (I just had a negative evaluation- nothing horrific though).  Anyone else feel this?

I used to feel that way fairly regularly and thought it was normal/fine until I befriended a psychotherapist who told me that it shouldn’t / have to be that way. It is possible (and now my life experience and seeing it with others more commonly has kinda shown me) to be excited for work and happy for Monday morning.

I’ve even heard my brother in law and one of my Big law friends who is married with children that sometimes they are kinda relieved when Monday roles around and they can go back to work because then/there they can actually relax! Lol. Sometimes their weekends were getting busy with family stuff that work was kinda like a vacation for them in some ways…

For the first couple of weeks of my internship, I felt the same way. It went away once I got to know the other interns and the people at the office.
