Super Bowl Commercials
Did anyone watch the Super bowl commericals this year and just think its companies throwing away money?
It's $7M dollars for 30 seconds, and there's some companies that had ads they didnt' make any sense, didn't showcase their product or were for something that I don't think people want (weirdly a lot of religious commericals where I felt the $7M could have been spent better).
Anyone else see this or have any thoughts on the matter?
The Temu ad was straight garbage. Nothing makes me feel less like a billionaire than navigating Temu’s inane and erratic afterbirth of a website.
It was weird how stereotypically Chinese that ad was. It's what I thought an ignorant American's imagination of a Chinese ad would be. Except it was actually done by a Chinese company.
I didn't watch the superbowl but if religious organizations can afford to spend $7m on commercials they need to be taxed lmao.
It’s not new to this year, they’ve been doing commercials like that for a while
I feel like they get worse and worse as people run out of ideas haha.
