Sweaty hands during handshakes
I sweat a lot in the summer and in hot weather. After giving sweaty handshakes I internally cringe and it kinda throws me off my game. Any advice to avoid giving sweaty handshakes? Am I the only one who does this.
Wipe your hand on your pant leg discreetly beforehand. Problem solved.

Go to a dermatologist to check whether you have hyperhidrosis, which is a condition in which you basically sweat semi-uncontrollably, it's in varying degrees and can be from different extremities (some have it on their hands, others on their backs, some on their neck/heads which is the worst imo). Humidity will affect it to a huge degree (also really sucks that most financial centers are in humid to very humid places [Singapore, HK, Tokyo, NYC in the summer, etc.]). all jokes aside, we are no longer allowed to shake hands due to covid-19. So this shouldn't be a real issue, is it? we are a global firm that has policies describing no-touch work environments because of the pandemic. mostly WFH still.
before an interview I usually wash my hands hard with a lot of soap. that drys them up.
I would immediately have socker punched you if you shook my hand with your sweaty palms. Regardless of the situation, or hierarchical standings. I am serious, don't do it. I will kill you.
I'll make sure to piss on my hand first then.
Hand sanitizer will dry your hands quickly in a pinch
Admit you get sweaty around attractive people.
