Most of our major 20th and 21st century wars were started by democrats.
Iraq and Afghanistan are the only wars GOP started. Grenada and Panama don't really count.

One thing that was somewhat encouraging about the 2020 election is that Biden and Trump are fairly skeptical of intervention. I worry that Biden won’t take on the China threat as aggressively as he needs to, but he will show restraint on other foreign policy issues when others haven’t.
All three presidents in the 21st century so far have carried out drone strikes in the ME and have increased drone strikes from their predecessor. The ME is probably the single greatest foreign policy failure of both parties for the past several decades, or at least top 3. Not sure why you're singling out Democrats here.
