The reason of our degenerate society.

I personally think that all of the processes you describe are byproducts of general abundance and that there is no one who is pulling the strings. This is just what people naturally do when there is abundance.

Feminism:

All throughout history women have been able to work and actually worked. There were female emperors, queens, landowners, etc. And for the lower classes, peasant women were always involved in minor economic activities. The issue was that because peasants were so poor, it did not make sense for women to become legal entities on their own. Back in the ancient days most of the better jobs were very physically intense. Women, for many reasons, did not want to do those jobs or were culturally influenced not to want those jobs. Most people would not want to send their wife to fight a war with the English. So the man did the physically intense job that paid much more and the woman generated some income on the side. With such little income generated, it made no sense for a woman to want to be a legal entity. It made more sense for her to add up her income to her husband’s and leave it at that. But nowadays there is an abundance of high-paying low-effort (physical) jobs. A woman is now economically influenced to get one of those jobs and now that she generates a sizeable amount of income she would want the right to be a legal entity: open bank accounts, hire professionals, own property, etc.

Therefore feminism is just a byproduct of abundance (of good jobs).

Homosexuality:

Back in the ancient days the default sexual orientation was bisexual. If you were a wealthy man you would please yourself by fucking anything you could. It is fun to fuck. There were even men who actually preferred to fuck exclusively men. And it was okay. However this was mostly true for the upper classes. If you are poor you realize that the cost of casual sex is very high. Meeting new people is expensive. Courting new sexual partners is even more expensive. If you were a peasant it made more sense for you to spend your money courting a single partner, marrying, and then you have a sexual partner for life. However, even in religious societies, the upper classes were always basically pansexual. Nowadays what do you see? Most people have immense abundance. It does not cost that much to go to a club, meet a handsome man or woman, and fuck them. Men are now slowly going back to their natural bisexual state. If you are poor it makes more sense to be heterosexual. If you can only afford one sexual partner then you would prefer it to be one with whom you can have offspring which you can then put to work in the fields. But with abundance you can have your wife and then your swedish twink to fuck on the side.

Therefore (widespread) homosexuality is a byproduct of abundance (and our natural pansexual tendencies).

Poverty:

This one is trickier. First, nowadays poor people are much wealthier than peasants in any age before. Some poor people live better lives than roman emperors. So I’ll assume you mean that we are poorer than we were a few decades ago. Here I say the reason is higher economic inequality. But what causes inequality? Abundance. If there are few resources (but not like extreme scarcity) then people are inclined to share what little they have with each other so that by sharing you can have a bit more variety. If there is abundance though then people feel a bit better being competitive and taking a bit more for themselves. You can now have multi billionaires but the lower classes still have iPhones, cars and running water in their apartments.

Therefore (relative) poverty is a byproduct of abundance.

Therefore there is no bad man at the top planning this shit. These are the side-effects of abundance. Go read about roman emperors and you’ll find some who were super gay, womanizers, pansexual, bisexual, heterosexual, etc. You will also find women who were very much for their legal rights as empress.
