Yeah I know I hate all this Wall Street shit that gets posted now, I remember back in the good old days it was just discussions about sales on Coach Purses and the sick new Jordans.

The irony here is amazing. A bunch of wall street wannabes complaining about the capitalistic evolution of this site... They have developed an asset in this focused community of people from top schools / companies, and they are exploiting it for profit. If anyone should get that (and accept it without bitching), it should be the users of this site.

Dying's For FoolsIf we're discussing it in terms of a capitalistic evolution, they are violating their contract with the site by registering and posting spam. It's misuse plain and simple.

Maybe I misunderstood the OP. I thought he was referring to all of the new "services" being offered by WSO as spam, i.e. interview guides, videos, etc. and all of the posts surrounding those things. That's what I was responding to.

If the intent was to talk about individuals that register forum accounts for the sole purpose of pasting links / spam to outside crap, then yes, I totally agree with you and OP. They are violating the TOS they agreed to when registering, and should be banned.
