This topic is dedicated to the real heroes of the pandemic - the unvaccinated

Now that the Israeli experience has proven that vaccines alone are ineffective at controlling COVID, natural immunity provides a far greater defence against the virus, and policy responses generally don't do much, it's pretty clear that the real heroes of the pandemic are the unvaccinated.

People from non at-risk groups who have virtually zero chance of death or serious illness from COVID are out there on the front lines every day, diving on the grenade so to speak, so that the rest of the country can one day enjoy the benefits of herd immunity.

On behalf of the elderly, on behalf of the immunocompromised, on behalf of people like board libs who are simply too weak of will to respond rationally to this scary pandemic - I say thank you! God speed and may your antibodies stand strong.
