I go to Emory (Atlanta, GA). From what I've heard, we give pretty generous fin aid. Our BBA was ranked 3rd last year by business week. There's people who network hard every year and land a BB position in NYC but there's a good amount of OCR for MM's and Boutiques. Worth giving it a shot. The thing is our BBA program is 2 years (starting junior year) so I guess you'd have to apply directly to Goizueta (our bschool).

Why are you aiming for a semi-target? I'm sure if your extracurriculars and essays are on point, you could get into a target. Try getting into a target man.

If your dreams don't scare you, then they are not big enough. "There are two types of people in this world: People who say they pee in the shower, and dirty fucking liars."-Louis C.K.

SAT scores?

edit: UW Seattle is NOT a shitty state school. UWyoming is a shitty state school, UMaine is a shitty state school. UW has a decent business program and an amazing comp sci program. If you can rock it as a comp sci major you'll have great options.

Here's my take on it

Do you want to see on the west coast? What kind of school are you looking for?

You should be applying to places like Cal, Michigan, UVA, Georgetown, and Cornell. These are all targets

I agree with what some people said above... Why not try for a true target or two? Can't hurt.

I would recommend UVA, Duke, and Georgetown on the East Coast.

ND, Northwestern, U Chicago, and Michigan. In the midwest, especially if you would like to work in chicago after graduation.

Also, IU Kelley is a great program. Its a true Semi-target, but a great school, great atmosphere, GREAT college town. They have an investment banking workshop that boasts like 99% placement also. Might be a good place to look in to applying to.
