Vegas vs San Diego/Tijuana for Bachelor Party

So a buddy of mine is having trouble deciding, I love San Diego but it's more of a "regular" city than somewhere to have a bachelor party (but tbh can have plenty of fun between PB/Gaslamp/TJ) with more opportunity to do stuff outdoors, etc. Vegas is Vegas but it feels a bit old fashioned / I don't think gambling is a big appeal for this group. Curious to see what you all recommend.

We're an early/mid 20's group and went to school in Nashville, so the crazy crowds/etc are a selling point for us.

There’s plenty of other things to do on Vegas beside gamble too, could stack the days with parties, golf, cool shit like shooting machine guns, etc.

i don’t gamble much at all but love going to Vegas just for all the stuff they have to do.

never been to the other places you mentioned so can’t chime in there.

My buddy had his bachelor party in SD, we have a lot of college friends that moved there so they knew all the spots. We were in PB mostly which was chill, and we also went to the zoo which was a blast. We hiked that ravine down to Black's Beach, and drank a shit ton. Low key but it was fun.
