Actually, if you take a look at what vegan diets can offer health-wise, I think you may find the choice is not strange at all. Hence vegan way of eating has grown 600% in the past 3 years and makes up now 5% of the US population. In Israel, vegetarian or vegan diets make up 13% of the overall population now.
5% for real? Can you point me to where you got this stat? This sounds like a massively underrated opportunity.
