I liked Vyvanse more for studying in college because it last even longer than the Addy XR's I could get my hands on. For other uses outside of academia, Addys are probably the way to go because they kick in faster and won't make you stay up until 9am the next day

I would agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.
 

I hate hate hate hate HATE addy XRs, they make me feel like I'm a cracked out meth head. Vyvanse is way smoother, and I'd prefer it any day of the week. I don't really have any problems going to sleep with it either.

 

I've used add regularly and vyvanse a couple of times. Switching to Vyv in a few weeks, so freaking stoked.
