Is it human trafficking? Money laundering? Or is it all an innocent coincidence that has been framed and packaged to look like something more sinister?

Simple hoax. All of their products have names and someone found names of missing kids (many of them no longer even missing) and matched them to the names.
As for why those products were sold for thousands of dollars with quantity of 1 available, that’s standard. You’re down to 1 item, you mark it up to some crazy price to hold your spot in the search results. Standard practice for a long time.

The spread of conspiracy theories meant to decay trust in institutions, groups of people, or everyday aspects of life is a standard and generic fascist tactic to capitalize on the stupidity of the mob.

Many conspiracy theories have some elements of truth to them, and I don't see anything wrong with people investigating claims surrounding world events. Once labeled conspiracy theorists for simply questioning Epstein's true lifestyle and the purpose of his islands, Q followers have now had their theories proved to some degree, and their mission to expose global sex trafficking and pedophilia has merit to it. Millions of people across the world are trafficked every year, this is data you can easily find with a Google search.

Agree. People are always calling conspiracy believers crazy but to me what’s even crazier is that people will accept a ridiculous official story that doesn’t add up.
The goal is to find the right balance of course. But if I had to choose I’ll take the paranoid conspiracy guy over the gullible sheep every time.
