Weight gain 7 months in

Lived a very active lifestyle prior to joining BB. Caloric intake hasn't changed - I've been tracking since the beginning of the year because I noticed the scale slowly starting to creep up. Obvious lifestyle change is that I went from working out very consistently to once or twice per week and sit for nearly 15 hours per day instead of get at least 3 miles of steps in per day.

Anyways, the scale today officially weighed me in +10 lbs. Anyone have any tips to help maintain/lose weight on the job? Trying to nip this in the bud before it spirals and one day I wake up +50 lbs and depressed.

Well, obviously this is a normal biological process. But rmb it's just another 2 months and you'll be rid of it

Why 2 months?

- Calorie deficit

- Exercise

- Metformin

”metformin is capable of accelerating the oxidation of fat in the liver, thereby leading to a decrease of visceral fat or body weight.”

1 word: Ozempic

You lose muscle and fat with Ozempic, but not with Metformin, which is why bodybuilders typically like Metformin to stay lean.

"I eat the same but I move less. Anyone have tips to help lose weight?"

Yeah - eat less or move more. Brother this is basic math.
