Wondering what is your WFH policy for the firm and does your group deviate from this?
My bank has a 3 days in office 2 days WFH, but my group seems to be deviating from this to a 4 days in office and 1 day WFH.
I had several of my WFH denied stating too hard for manager to work without the junior in office.
