What are the best business documentaries?
How about we include biopics as well.
Watching the theranos documentary right now and it's awesome (guy with the messed up eye seems kinda baller). What are some other business documentaries to check out?

"Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room" (2005): great recount of the Enron scandal. On Netflix.
nice, i'll check it out
Agree with @BubbaBanker - "Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room" is a good watch.
Also check out: Quants - The Alchemists of Wall Street (2010) How the Economic Machine Works, by Ray Dalio (2013) Black Wednesday (1997) Meltdown (2010) Becoming Warren Buffett (2013)
Film-wise, watch "The Founder" (2016) - all about Ray Kroc and the founding of McDonald's.
+1 for "Becoming Warren Buffet"
Watching "Too Big to Fail" on Amazon right now. Would highly recommend
Trillion Dollar Bet, a documentary about LTCM
The movie adaptation of Barbarians at the Gate is awesome. More of a dramatization than a documentary, but still excellent watching. I believe it is on YouTube as well!
I’ve seen it & haven’t read the book. Can confirm, its entertaining although dry at times.
"Something Ventured" - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1737747/ - Venture capitalists getting Apple and others off and running.
"Hank: 5 Years from the Brink" - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3137552/ - Documentary and interview w/Hank Paulson about financial crisis.
"Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room" - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1016268/ - It was mentioned above but I have to mention it again because it is so good.
"Inside Job" - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1645089/ - If this is the one I'm thinking of it's really good. A bit basic if you already know a lot about finance, but entertaining and informative. Unfortunately it's not on Netflix anymore, can rent it on Amazon Prime Video for $3.
The China Hustle - on Netflix
Cant recommend this enough.
FYRE: The Greatest Party That Never Happened
Most of these are low quality due to age. They are interesting to watch though.
Trader - Paul Tudor Jones during the crash of 1987. Finding a good quality copy is difficult but there should be better streams out there if you get creative.
Opalesque Tv - Interview series featuring alternative investment managers and hedge funds. Covers different strategies and philosophies for various events. A few big names in it;

Trillion Dollar Debt - About Black Scholes and LTCM collapse.

25 Million Pounds - The trader who helped cause the downfall of Barings Bank.
I second the mentions of Something Ventured, Quants, Hank: 5 Years from the brink, and Inside Job; enjoyed all of them.
Not documentaries, but Margin Call and The Big Short are outstanding depictions of the crisis...
Not a documentary but really enjoyed The Founder. Story of Ray Kroc/the rise of McDonalds.
Some of them have been mentioned above, but here’s a complete list: 1. Bigger than Enron (2002) 2. The Corporation (2003) 3. The Smartest Guys in the Room (2005) 4. The Bank That Bust The World (2010)
5. Inside Job (2010) 6. Meltdown: Global Financial Collapse (2011) 7. Becoming Warren Buffett (2017)
Not documentaries, but still very good films: 1. Barbarians at the Gate (1993) 2. Margin Call (2011) 3. Too Big to Fail (2011) 4. The Big Short (2015)
The Princes of Yen: Japan's Central Bankers and the Transformation of the Economy is fantastic!
