What Office Theme Do You Use?
Colorful / Gray / Dark Mode?
I've only recently discovered dark mode but think I'd need some time to adjust. Although I have been wearing blue light glasses for years to help with strain from the colorful mode, so maybe Dark Mode would help?.
I've been using dark mode now for a year, I like it. I think it has helped shut my brain off especially at night because the light is not as intense, plus I think it has made my eyes strain less. I've tried going back to the normal mode with white or lighter background. I find it too harsh, or too much white light that its harder to focus on what I'm reading or looking for.
Dark mode all day, twice a day, everyday
