What would you be doing if you wouldn't hadn't recieved the offer for your current job?

I'll take this as referring to my previous job, which was my first out of college.

I would have become a trader. If not that, then I'd be a PhD candidate. If I didn't care about money at all I'd probably have become a meteorologist.

Bump. Great topic. Because my job is not that finance/whitecollar job i'm vying for i can't really answer this but curious to hear about what people say. Trying to be a writer as i figure the career out that probably won't be as creative or fulfilling

I wouldn't have gone in energy trading, probably in a more boring underlying. Glad I had this opportunity :)

I would have been working in my previous job until I found something better. The only advantage to staying is that I could have negotiated working from home nearly full time. However, I am much happier and they are still be willing to take me back if worse came to worst.
