What's your biggest irrational fear?

Elevators are mine.  I just fear they are going to snap every time I step into one and I am going to go plummeting to my death. Or that I am not going to be paying attention and just fall into a open elevator shaft.  I know these are both kind of stupid, but I still fear it.
