But 4'5 would be my minimum. I feel like anything above 5'5 is good. 5'7-5'11 is hot as fuck. Even though I'm of average height, I don't want a girl who is too short like below 4'.

Depends on context really. Im 5'8 and I have been with women who were like 5'10. Legs for days, but for anything long term I'd be too self conscious that she's taller than me, but only if we are both barefoot, weird I know. Also the sex just felt uncanny. Normally when I'm fucking someone doggy I can just causally lean forward to grab her hair, neck whatever. With this one girl I really had to LEAN FORWARD, like actually bend forward to grasp shit. It didn't help that she also had a slightly longer torso than average. For something longterm ideally someone who is equal or slightly shorter than me. I think its kinda hot to have her be slightly taller than me in heels. I like it.
For a flirt anything goes really. Though I have yet to sleep with anyone who is over 6 feet. And for anything shorter than like 5'3 she really has to be in great shape. Like actually petite, sporty, tits and all and not "kinda in shape".
I'm in the same boat. 5'7 and I've mostly dated girls between 5'5 and 5'7. Really compatible heights, I couldn't date girls any shorter. I don't know how taller guys deal with 5'-5'4 women. It looks pretty funny. I couldn't date a girl above 5'8, either. I like petite women.

So my ideal height would be 5'10 to 5'11 with a slender and athletic build.
While I know that you're trolling, there's a nugget of truth in what you're saying which is actually one reason my ideal height is similar to yours. With shorter girls, you have to worry a lot more about their safety (assault, rape, etc.) whereas few people are going to think of attacking a fit 5' 11" girl.
