Most memorable sentence of the call: your starting salary will be [ ].

The old teacher assistant college days were over.

And after the interviews, one of the MDs may or may not have given me a high five.

Friday morning at 9:30 AM I wake up with a headache from hell. Thursday night was all you can drink wrist band night at my favorite college hangout. Naturally, I am still drunk when I wake up to a voicemail "We have good news for you, Please call us back".

After throwing up, taking a hot shower, and chugging a gallon of water, I call back. I could almost hear the HR lady regretting her decision through the phone. Favorite line "your salary will be xxxxx, how does that sound to you?". Not being in condition to negotiate, I said "that sounds good" and regret that decision to this day.

Division: Aerospace / Defense Firm: Top Contractor Most memorable sentence of the call: "You were a unanimous pick from everyone you spoke to"... I missed over half of my interviews after one of the dinners they provided got me incredibly sick and hospitalized. But I networked pretty well in the other events they hosted.
