I'm interested to know what kind of time consuming research you have conducted. This is a pretty pointless question because as stupid as it sounds, they're all around. Too many guys get caught up on just meeting girls on the weekends, they miss the girl at Starbucks, or in the school library, or walking down the street.

Through friends, and clubs if you have a way with words - but you should anyways
Google for arrogant/obnoxious/superficial/unfriendly clubs, those usually are the most fun and have the hottest girls. Reviewers (usually butthurt beta guys) like to describe them as arrogant/superficial - not because they actually are, but - because that way they can reframe their lack of success in meeting girls in said clubs. If a club's online reviews are full with positive adjectives, then that's bad news (looser beta guys had success in there, meaning low quality girls).

Yep! In fact, exercise, primarily cardio-based exercises, has been shown to increase dopamine in the brain. Dopamine is the same neurotransmitter released during sexual activity, and has been shown to increase perceived attractiveness of one's partner. So when you go to the gym, not only does dopamine make the women there look more attractive, it makes you look more attractive to the ladies. And you get in shape at the same time. Win-win!
