this looks promising, assuming you can convert it to a 2br. Although the close proximity to Grand central could be troubling.
In that case, Astoria Queens, Bensonhurt in Brooklyn, Mott Haven in The Bronx, Tompkinsville on Staten Island, Inwood in Manhattan....
These are all places that you could live for 4,000 a month!
