Just curious to know which brokers does your firm generally allow? I have some money in Robinhood and am moving over to IB soon. Want to know whether transferring to Schwab would be a good idea now.

My bank allows Schwab but does not allow Robinhood. Someone in my class had a months long fight with compliance because they demanded that he close his Robinhood account, but they also would not let him sell the shares in the account. Probably better to switch now.
What firm are you at? Schwab is allowed by most banks but they all have slightly different rules/contracts with brokers.
Would definitely get out completely of Robinhood before you start - as mentioned above that app is a huge pain when you're trying to deal with compliance.

IKBR is the best by far, margin is so cheap you'd be a fool to use a different one
