Had the rona a few months ago and cant tell if i have legit brain fog or im just more retarded than usual
Been 9 weeks and still cant smell shit tho lol
Rona brain is definitely a thing. I just got out of quarantine, and I swear my brain worked better when I had a concussion. Hopefully it doesn't last that much longer, but it's like I've been hungover for the last two weeks.
Do you mean COVID brain fog after getting COVID? Or due to WFH?

Following this. I had a fairly serious case of rona for 3-4 days (respiratory symptoms) then ~1 week of pure exhaustion, horrible muscle aches, and thick brain fog; tried to work through it and was pure misery. The following few weeks I felt physically fine (going to gym, running, etc) but mentally quite distracted and less productive. Still working through this a bit I think, keen to hear if anyone is on the other side of something similar.
