What device/browser are you using? Or is it because WSO is A/B testing the new page that you are seeing?

Any update by chance? I'm still seeing this everywhere.
I think it's forum-specific too. 90% of my time is just clicking "All Recent Content" or "My Recent Posts" and I rarely see it there, but anytime I click on the "Real Estate" finance section it's almost every post.
