Why Are People So Stupid?

I just saw a thread about some dumb@$$ who lied about his GPA and faked 3 internship experiences.

I've seen countless other threads asking whether a 3.0 can get rounded up to a 4.0.

How did you idiots get this far in life?

Because it's a lot easier to get away with a lie these days and the landscape is too competitive. Kids will do whatever they can to be in the position they want to be in. Come hell or high water. That said, I have never been asked for my transcripts and my GPA is rounded from a 3.32 to a 3.42. whateva

its not good. at some smaller protests I saw they were able to be relatively distant and all wore masks, but at the bigger ones its not possible and very dangerous. I'm a big supporter of the movement but avoided the protests for that exact reason. I was so pleased to see that they did a damn good job of staying safe about it in new york and boston. im absolutely astounded that the protests in new york didn't really lead to a big spike.

Dayman?

What about it? Didn't lead to a case spike, so what's your point? They were outside with masks on.

Or are you talking about all the no-mask, no social distancing protests in Arizona, Florida, and Texas?
