why do you ask questions for which you think you know the answer, but like to hear the confirmation of?

why are there so many asians and indians in MO risk? why does S&T have a good mix of white people, asians and east indians? why are there relatively more white people in IB? why aren't african americans in any of my questions above?

Why do asian and indian parents force math upon their kids? Does forcing math, make them more likely to take finance and engineering majors? Do white folk study math because their parents forced them to? Or is it because they are self driven usually? Do black parents force math on their kids? Are black kids inherently inclined towards math?

Why is it nobody asks these sorts of questions about jobs that aren't prestigious? Like why do you think there aren't many indian guys working at bars? Or why aren't there many white girls working as taxi drivers in China?

more importantly why don't we create affirmative action programs for all jobs, positions and industries. It shouldnt matter how intelligent, hard working or risk loving you are, if your a gay, 1/2 west indian, 1/4 slovakian, 1/4 Seychellian who strongly believes in buddhism well there isn't enough CEO's with that background.
