Retake if you can if your school has a grade replacement policy. The GPA is not bad so I wouldn’t worry about that. Or, if you have a story (life event) that can go along w it I’d tell that if they ask.

GPA is typically just part of the initial screen for HR to figure out who to start a conversation with for interviews, once your foot is in the door most of the time it's not an issue. If your GPA is still above what they have on their job listings for GPA requirements you're probably fine, but no one on WSO can really give you a definitive answer unless they've been in a similar situation and they have had their offer rescinded or the issue was brought up by HR.
