Will getting a D/F get my offer rescinded
just got around a d/f in a non major grade this semester. However, i also signed with a BB earlier this month. My gpa will drop from around a 3.8 to a 3.56/3.6 due to this. Will this be an issue?

Yes
Retake if you can if your school has a grade replacement policy. The GPA is not bad so I wouldn’t worry about that. Or, if you have a story (life event) that can go along w it I’d tell that if they ask.
lol this
just say you had a death in the family or some shit
Advising someone to lie is always a bad choice.
then kill a family member if need be
Hang on, OP he's got a point here.
Probably not. Banks generally aren't even the ones to look at your transcript. They outsource it to a background check company that just wants to make sure you didn't lie. Anything 3.5+ pretty much won't matter after you've signed for that specific offer.
GPA is typically just part of the initial screen for HR to figure out who to start a conversation with for interviews, once your foot is in the door most of the time it's not an issue. If your GPA is still above what they have on their job listings for GPA requirements you're probably fine, but no one on WSO can really give you a definitive answer unless they've been in a similar situation and they have had their offer rescinded or the issue was brought up by HR.
