Will I stand out at the office with a barrier screen and mask?

The firm I'm starting work at full-time is requiring glass barriers around desktops and masks for unvaccinated people or those who feel more comfortable with them at the office. Would I stand out if I opted for the glass barriers? Or does no one care?
