No.

As long as it isn't premeditated murder or like spousal killing due to heightened emotions, banks don't care about some minor accidental slaying of another human life through negligence and/or indifference.

You must be joking.

No it will actually boost your chances. They know they will be able to rely on someone who isn't afraid of getting their hands dirty.

In fact, I think your chances would be better had it been Voluntary manslaughter

I actually would tend to agree. After I was assaulted in NYC, in the heat of the moment I think I could have possibly killed my attacker (possibly head on concrete) and honestly don't know what might have happened if a cop didn't pull me off the dude as I was hitting him.

On the other hand, involuntary manslaughter implies recklessness and carries criminal charges a lot of the time.

Dude? You actually got caught? Of course! Nobody likes a loser! If you can't get away with murder how will you survive in banking?

I really hope this is a joke question.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.

op how you gonna ask this question without providing context?

you gotta let us know how you involuntarily got someone killed before you expect a serious answer

Is this a misdemeanor or a felony?

Honestly either one is going to significantly hurt your chances. Don't lie about it though.

If I caught a charge that soft I'd have to go kill someone for real
