Women's Fashion: Matching Blazers with Dresses

Are men wearing a suit jacket to your office most days as well? I frequently wear dresses to work in the summer, but don’t typically wear a blazer with it unless I have an external-facing meeting that day. We have a business casual dress code, so jackets are not required for everyday purposes.

I guess you could match the blazer to your dress... I'm fairly certain I've seen it done frequently.  You can also go with the jacket, shirt and skirt combo where the jacket matches the skirt.  The answer to your last question is yes. I've seen it done. Depending on where you work, you won't  need to wear a jacket frequently.

If possible try reaching out to other females in your group, it'll be an excellent excuse to reach out and connect.

I've typically seen simple neutral dresses with a nice cardigan or a less formal blazer. Depending on what job you have, I think it's good practice to have a formal suit jacket in the office just in case.
