I’ve decided to pick up WOW again, would love to find a group of people into Classic WOW. I tried OS NYC, it was a great place but was primarily CS GO and League players, they were good people don’t get me wrong but those aren’t really my games. Anyone know where I can find other people into WOW in the city?

Aren’t one of the appeals of MMOs the fact that the people you play with don’t have to live where you live?
Not an expert here, but can’t you just load the game and find people to play with from all over the world, or at least the States, as you go?
You’re completely right but it would be bad ass to find other people into it and head over to a gaming cafe place and get like a raid night or something.

People love nostalgia. Same reason Runescape is somehow still going.
I played a lot during MoP and later during Legion. Picked it up again and played Dragonflight but it was such a time suck. I became so addicted again that I had to delete the loader from my computer entirely to keep myself from playing. Fortunately my laptop has been semi-broken for long enough to break the habit.
It’s a great game and I don’t regret my first journey through Azeroth back in the day leveling with my buddy, but the hours of grinding reputations, gear, mounts etc. are a little painful to think back on. Had the Heavenly Golden Cloud Serpent, Netherwing Drakes, etc. Oh well
If by some miracle it does get downloaded again on your computer let me know it would be unfortunate but I guess we gotta get to lvl 60 on classic
