Really like the video on self-sabotage and resistance. Check out the "Pursuit of Wonder" YouTube channel -- they have some great videos. You should also check out Mark Manson. He's more of a modern self-help kinda guy, but he has some thought provoking blog posts on his website. I read one of his books as well, "The Subtle Art of not Giving a F*ck," and thoroughly enjoyed it.
