Zyn toothache?

Not a problem I thought I’d have a year ago. I quit smoking and took up zyns like the rest of the floor, but keep getting random aches / sensitivity.

I’m usually hitting a can a day but they’re lower strength. Better to bump up the milligrams and less actual pouches?

Wisdom appreciated.

Probably best to see a dentist and explain what happened. Don't use Zyn but I remember having a toothache for a few days. I ignored it and months later, the pain came back with a vengenance. Ended up being a slightly cracked molar that got infected. Kept me up all night and I ended up needing a root canal at a young age (and that procedure took multiple visits, not fun and was costly).

Yeah just bump up dosage, don't run through an entire can jesus christ man. It's way cheaper and less strain on your gums to just double or triple the dose per pouch. Order european ones, stop using zyn altogether (IMO they're crap and quality control is mid at best). Cuba IMO are the best for higher dose and consistent quality.
