Equity Warrant Portfolio Analyst compensation and exit ops
I have the opportunity to join an equity warrant portfolio as a financial analyst within a top 15 bank. Main responsibilities would be looking at warrant contracts that the loan team originates, completing transactions between the bank and bank holding company, running BSM for portfolio valuations, and analyzing the warrants to identify the best time to exit/exercise. I will have exposure to clients (mainly legal counsel) to confirm contract specs and possible negotiation based on market/company situations such as IPO or M&A of the company.
Does anyone work in a similar field and know of base compensation? The manager said this position does not have bonuses. I also would like to know of exit ops given this is fairly niche.
