Lost

First-time poster here at WSO, so bear with me. I'm currently a student at a community college in California, majoring in economics and political science. I will be transferring next year to a mid-level UC think UCSD, Davis, or Irvine. My current plan is to keep a high GPA and score well on the LSAT and try to break into corporate law, but my real dream is investment banking. I love trading stocks, and I'm obsessed with finance, reading all about the markets, books on trading, etc. Any advice will help; I feel lost, and although I wouldn't mind become a lawyer, I feel like not going for my dream of working in elite finance will haunt me.
