3.7 GPA or MIT MFin/LSE/Oxbridge MSc Finance but 3.3 GPA
I want to recruit for a UMM/MF PE firm once I graduate, but as I am set to graduate a year early, I have the options of either
- graduating on a normal 4-year timeline and pushing my GPA to a 3.6/3.7 or
- doing a 1 year masters program and keeping my 3.4 GPA.
I'm a sophomore at a non-target state school, non-diversity/nepo but have a top IB offer for summer 2025 and a 1550 SAT.
Which of the two options would be best to pursue? What else should I consider?
