Curious what thoughts are on 3i Group? More specifically - how is there PE team?
Hard to find much information on them despite their size and some pretty reputable deals…

Done super well on Action - joke they have internally is they are a "corporate VC arm".
Culture seems good - have met a couple of people from there and they seem down to earth. Obviously, work hard during deal sprints - and some PortCo work seems 'hands on'.

Listed. Partners have made a boat load of money on Action. Not really incentivised and a bit of an evergreen at this point. Probably a nice place and decent WLB but likely not the place to be if you’re young and very ambitious etc. Depends on what you want out of life
Action deal was crazy.
Any views on comp? Heard good things about culture. Feel like if the headcount is low, the evergreen management fees should keep people very well paid?
