Access Holdings "ACE" Program

Does anyone have any knowledge of or experience with the Access Holdings "ACE" Program. According to the website, it is a portfolio company placement program with two tracks (1. finance/M&A 2. strategy) to C-suite. I am currently working as a senior consultant at a top 10 corporate strategy shop with experience advising several portfolio companies within a portfolio at a time. I have an interest in getting involved and building a relationship with a private equity firm in this capacity and possibly bouncing around the portfolio if needed.

Look at the last selection at the auto-reply below :).

Kidding - Access has apparently done pretty well on fundraising, its pretty similar to the Alpine Investors model, but seems like its a bit more "training wheels" focused based on the fact that they recruit "ACE associates" into it.  These leadership programs are pretty cool and feedback from friends who did the Alpine one was that it was super easy to transition to company that made you market rate MIP.
