We will pay you $130/hr for you to help us create realistic deal docs (take what you have and change/redact where needed for confidentiality reasons) to help us in the development of this training.
Any of the files from the list below and we end up using them:
- Example of scopes of work for each of the DD providers (split by red flag reports and final DD reports)
- IC materials: thesis, risks, mitigants, opportunities – ideally by first deck and final deck within phase 2
- Example data room
- Examples of all of the analysis types listed below
- Phase 2 deal timeline
- CDD report, LDD report, FDD report, Tax and Structuring DD report, sample SPA, grids, funds flow
- Operational DD report (key revenue and cost levers, and associated analysis)
- Sourcing tracker and template

Yeah, agree with this. Sorry, but there's no way I'd share actual deal info. That being said, I would definitely consider mocking up what I would do for a given type of deliverable at an hourly rate. Something for you all to think about.

As much as I like Wall Street oasis and want to help prospective monkeys out there I have to agree with bigfrezzzer. It would be a potential career suicide to spread this info around on the World Wide Web. Having said that I would consider doing as someone else suggested and mock up paper.
