Add-On Involvement as an Associate
Curious to hear how involved people are at different stages throughout the add-on process (sourcing, execution, integration) at the associate / sr. associate level at different firms. How much responsibility are you given around leading 3rd party DD? Are you doing intensive modeling around the outlook/returns of the newly combined business? Are you more so supplementing the portco management team's DD or the other way around? Trying to gauge how similar where I am (MM shop) is to others.
