Adjusted EBITDA vs EBITDA

Hey Monkey's if given a summary P&L about a company's historics do we use adjusted AEBITDA or EBITDA for the revenue forecast?

Historicals are given as Revenue - COGS = Gross - total SG&A = operating profit - other income (expense) = Net income + D&A, Interest Expense, Other, Taxes, etc. = EBITA + Adjustments = Adj. EBITDA

My current financial forecast is  Revenue - COGS - SG&A but not sure what else to include

Plan is to use historic and average % increase/decrease in each section to forecast forward, but not sure how to build the actuals out - any tips / help would be appreciated.
