Hi there,
i am looking for a lbo Model for a Buy and Build case where sellers of the acquired company can reinvest parts of the proceeds in the entire group and as a 2nd option into their own company. The tricky part is how to then only partly let them participate at the full, levered group returns at Exit. Any help is much appreciated. Best, Wolfgang
